Criminal Procedure - Extended Sexual Offender Parole Supervision - Conditions of Supervision

Synopsis:

Changing specified conditions under which an extended parole supervision offender registrant is released from incarceration by providing that any certified sex offender treatment program the registrant is required to participate in must be located in a secure facility; changing the conditions of parole imposed on an extended parole supervision offender registrant by requiring the registrant to be monitored by global positioning satellite technology while in residential or nonresidential substance abuse treatment; etc.
