Criminal Restitution - Expansion
 
Authorizing a court to enter a judgment of restitution if, as a direct
result of a crime or delinquent act, a victim suffered actual or
threatened harm, financial expenses or losses, or incurred
rehabilitation expenses; authorizing a court to enter a judgment of
restitution for mental health expenses incurred by the victim;
providing that a judgment of restitution does not preclude a property
owner or victim from bringing a civil action to recover damages from
an obligor; etc.
