Video Lottery Terminal Revenues - School Construction and Improvement
Repealing a provision under the video lottery terminals gaming law
that establishes a Purse Dedication Account; altering the distribution
of revenues from video lottery terminals to provide that a specified
percentage of those revenues is to be used for school construction and
improvement in accordance with specified provisions of law;
authorizing the State to borrow money, through the sale of bonds, in
anticipation of video lottery revenues; etc.
