County Salary Study Commission; repealing the requirement that the
Commission study the salary of the Washington County State's Attorney;
requiring the County Commissioners for Washington County to set

that a specified requirement does not apply to the County
Commissioners for Washington County or the Washington County Sheriff;
etc.
