Synopsis:

Establishing that the circuit court for a county sitting as the juvenile court does not have jurisdiction over a child at least 16 years old alleged to have committed a specified crime of violence after previously being adjudicated and found to have committed at least three crimes of violence unless a specified order removing the proceeding to the court has been filed.
