Baltimore City - Police Vehicles Engaged in Traffic Stops - Video Recording Systems

Synopsis:

Requiring that, on or after a specified date, a motor vehicle of a specified law enforcement agency in Baltimore City used to initiate a traffic stop shall be equipped with an in-car video recording system that activates on the activation of the vehicle's emergency lights and makes a video recording of any activity occurring immediately in front of the vehicle during a traffic stop; requiring that the video recording be retained by the law enforcement agency for 1 year; and defining terms.
