The Lead Paint Reduction Act of 2010
Authorizing specified parties in Baltimore City, Baltimore County,
Prince George's County, and Anne Arundel County to seek monetary
damages for the abatement of specified nuisances under specified

repealing provisions of law that restrict other provisions of law
authorizing nuisance actions from being construed to grant standing
for a civil action for a condition relating to lead paint.
