State Law Enforcement Officers - One-Time Bonus
Establishing the State Law Enforcement Officers' Bonus Fund in the
Department of Budget and Management; providing that, for fiscal year
2011 only, $8,500,000 of State transfer tax revenues shall be
allocated to the Fund; requiring the Secretary of Budget and
Management to pay a $5,000 bonus to specified State law enforcement
officers with the money in the Fund on or before July 1, 2011; etc.
