Business Regulation - Storage and Display of Tobacco-Related Products

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons from storing or displaying a tobacco-related product unless the tobacco-related product is not immediately accessible to customers and is accessible only to the owner or operator of the business or an agent or employee of the owner or operator; providing for civil penalties for specified violations of the Act; authorizing a county health officer, or the county health officer's designee, to issue a civil citation to a person who violates a specified provision of law; etc.
