Synopsis:

Requiring the Small Business Development Center Network to establish and maintain a directory of minority businesses on file with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation; requiring that specified forms require a business to indicate whether the business is minority-owned, the size of the business, and the North American Industrial Classification Code for the business; etc.
