Requiring a specified place of public accommodation to provide access
to closed-captioning technology for deaf and hard of hearing
individuals; requiring the Department of Labor, Licensing, and

Hard of Hearing, to identify and approve the appropriate technology to
provide reasonable accommodation and to set the minimum number of
showings in which closed-captioning technology is required at a movie
