Court Costs - Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund
Increasing a cost from $3 to $10 that the court imposes on an
individual convicted of specified crimes that, in part, is deposited
in the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund; increasing to $2,000,000
the total amount of specified court costs collected from specified
individuals of which half the amount collected is deposited in the
Fund; and increasing to $2,000,000 the total amount of specified court
costs collected from specified individuals of which the entire amount
collected is deposited in the Fund.
