Frederick County - Religious Corporations - Retention of Assets by Local Churches

Synopsis:

Providing that, as to any local church in Frederick County that is or formerly was affiliated with the Sunnyside United Methodist Church and that withdraws from the United Methodist Conference, specified provisions of law do not prevent the local church from retaining title to any assets controlled by the local church.
