Establishing a Task Force on SWAT Team Activation and Deployment;
requiring the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention to
report to the Task Force specified analyses and summaries relating to

Task Force to annually review the report and, based on the review, to
make recommendations for and annually review regulations establishing
qualifications, standards, and prerequisites for a law enforcement
officer assigned to a SWAT team by a law enforcement agency; etc.
