Criminal Law - Salvia Divinorum and Salvinorin A - Distribution to and Possession by Individual Under 21 Years of Age

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from distributing Salvia divinorum or Salvinorin A to an individual under the age of 21 years; prohibiting a person under the age of 21 years from possessing Salvia divinorum or Salvinorin A; establishing that a specified violation is a Code violation; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; providing that the Act does not preempt specified local or municipal laws; etc.
