Modernization Act
Providing for an alternative method to determine the base period for
unemployment insurance purposes under specified circumstances;
altering provisions relating to benefit eligibility of specified part-
time workers; creating an additional training benefit for specified
individuals; providing that specified training benefits may not be
charged to employers; providing for the calculation and limit for the
additional training benefits; altering the wage requirements for a
specified claimant to be eligible for unemployment benefits; etc.
