Posting Requirements
Requiring physicians licensed to practice medicine in the State to
notify patients in writing of information relating to professional
liability insurance coverage; requiring that the notification be
provided to a patient and signed by a patient at the time of the
patient's first visit or at the first visit after the licensee's
receipt of specified information and be retained by a physician as
part of the physician's patient records; requiring specified
physicians to post information in their place of practice; etc.
