Criminal Law - Death Penalty - Evidence
Providing that a defendant found guilty of murder in the first degree
may be sentenced to death under specified circumstances in a case in
which the State presents to the court or the jury fingerprint or
photographic evidence; altering specified provisions of law to require

conclusively links the defendant to the murder; etc.
