Criminal Procedure - Sexually Violent Offender in Need of Commitment

Synopsis:

Creating a procedure in which a person who has been convicted of or charged with a sexually violent offense and who suffers from a specified mental abnormality or personality disorder may be placed in the custody of the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene until the person meets specified criteria; etc.
