Criminal Procedure - Indecent Exposure - Offender Registration

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "offender" for purposes of provisions relating to a specified offender registry to include a person who is ordered by a court to register and who has been convicted of the offense of indecent exposure if the offense occurred in the presence of an individual under the age of 18 years.
