Repealing specified provisions of law relating to durable powers of attorney; establishing the Maryland General and Limited Power of Attorney Act; establishing that a specified agent is not required to disclose specified information, with specified exceptions; prohibiting a person from requiring an additional or different power of attorney than a specified statutory form power of attorney under specified circumstances; etc.
