Motor Vehicle Registration - Exemption for Golf Carts Operated on Highway Shoulder

Synopsis:

Exempting a golf cart operated on the shoulder of a highway on which the maximum posted speed limit does not exceed 35 miles per hour from registration requirements generally applicable to vehicles operated on highways in the State; etc.
