Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority to cause an inspection
to be conducted of all elements of the superstructure and substructure
of the William Preston Lane, Jr. Memorial Bridge (Chesapeake Bay
Bridge) on or before December 31, 2010; requiring the Authority to
retain the services of an entity independent of and not affiliated
with the Authority to conduct the inspection; requiring the Authority
to mandate that the entity conducting the inspection use the most
exacting technology available; etc.
