Hunting Licenses - Exemption for Disabled Armed Forces Members
Creating an exemption from the requirement to obtain a hunting license
under specified circumstances for a person who serves in the armed
forces and has a service-connected disability; providing that the
exemption applies only to hunting on private property; and requiring a
person who hunts under the exemption to possess valid military
identification.
