Entitled:
St. Mary's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Class A Off-Sale License Quota

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Board of License Commissioners of St. Mary's County from issuing more than one Class A license with an off-sale privilege for each unit of 1,350 people in each election district in the county; requiring the Board to maintain the license quota by using the population figures of a specified report; and prohibiting the transfer of a license from one election district to another unless the transfer can be made without exceeding a specified license quota; etc.
