Requiring a director of a local department of social services or the
Secretary of Human Resources to disclose information concerning child
abuse and neglect that resulted in a child suffering a fatality or a
near fatality; altering the circumstances under which specified
information concerning child abuse and neglect is required to be
disclosed; repealing a requirement that the Secretary consult with a
law enforcement agency before disclosing specified information
concerning child abuse and neglect; etc.
