Health - Clean Indoor Air Act - Electronic Smoking Devices
Prohibiting a person from smoking an electronic smoking device in
specified places; requiring the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene to adopt regulations that prohibit smoke from an electronic
smoking device in specified indoor areas; and specifying that
provisions of law do not preempt a county or municipal government from
adopting specified measures regarding involuntary exposure to smoke
from an electronic smoking device; etc.
