Drunk and Drugged Driving - Subsequent Offenders - Prior Convictions

Synopsis:

Clarifying that prior convictions for specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses in this State and specified convictions under a federal law or a law of another state shall be considered prior convictions for the purpose of specified subsequent offender penalties; making a technical change; making stylistic changes; etc.
