Condominiums and Homeowners Associations - Reserves and Reserve Studies

Synopsis:

Requiring specified condominiums to have a reserve study conducted of the common elements by a specified date and at least every 5 years thereafter; requiring specified homeowners associations to have a reserve study conducted of the common areas by a specified date and at least every 5 years thereafter; requiring a reserve study to meet specified criteria; and requiring the annual budget of a specified homeowners association development to provide for reserves.
