Mental Hygiene Administration - Upper Shore Community Mental Health Center - Continued Operation

Synopsis:

Adding the Upper Shore Community Mental Health Center to the list of State facilities maintained under the direction of the Mental Hygiene Administration of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; requiring the Administration, notwithstanding any other provision of law, to continue the operation of the Upper Shore Community Mental Health Center in Chestertown, Maryland; etc.
