State Government - Open Meetings Act - Notice and Complaints

Synopsis:

Requiring a complaint filed with the State Open Meetings Law Compliance Board to be filed within 1 year of the action that is the basis for the complaint; altering specified notice requirements; requiring a public body to give notice of a meeting by specified methods under specified circumstances; authorizing a public body to give notice of a meeting by specified additional methods; etc.
