Commercial Law - Contracts with Automatic Renewal Clauses - Required Notice

Synopsis:

Requiring specified businesses that sell or offer to sell goods or services to another business under specified contracts to provide written notice to the purchasing business of an automatic renewal clause; requiring the written notice to be provided no less than 90 days and no more than 120 days before the cancellation deadline specified in the automatic renewal clause and to include a specified statement; etc.
