Stem Cell Research Fund - Sickle Cell Disease - Funding

Synopsis:

Requiring, beginning in fiscal year 2012, that at least 5% of the amount appropriated by the Governor each year to the Stem Cell Research Fund be designated for research using adult stem cells to treat adults with sickle cell disease; etc.
