Requiring that campaign finance contributions by two or more business
entities be attributed to one business entity if one is a wholly owned
subsidiary of another or if the business entities are owned or

term "business entity" to include a corporation, a general partnership
or limited partnership, a limited liability company, or a real estate
investment trust.
