State Procurement - Purposes and Policies

Synopsis:

Expanding the purposes and policies of the State procurement law to require that the purposes and policies include providing safeguards for maintaining transparency in the procurement process; and ensuring that all persons involved with the administration of the State procurement process meet specified requirements in a specified manner and in accordance with applicable law.
