Food and Cosmetics - Auction Sales - Prohibition - Exception

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from selling specified infant formula and baby food at an auction sale unless the person notifies in writing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene of the proposed auction; authorizing the Secretary to make specified inspections; exempting the sale of cosmetics, infant formula, or baby food offered in a lot at charity auctions from specified prohibitions if the total value of the items in the lot is less than $100; etc.
