Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages Act of 2010
Prohibiting a person in Wicomico County who is under the legal
drinking age for the consumption of alcohol from being in a specified
premises; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners to issue a
beer tasting license and a beer/wine tasting license; providing for
the fees, applications, forms, renewal, and issuance procedures for
the licenses; limiting the amount of wine and beer that may be served
at events for which a license is issued; etc.
