Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Entertainment Permit

Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's
County to issue an entertainment permit to holders of Class B
licenses; requiring the Board, before approving and issuing an
entertainment permit under the Act, to consider specified factors and
circumstances; requiring the Board to hold public hearings; specifying
that the permit allows the holder to impose a cover charge, offer
facilities for patron dancing, and provide entertainment from 9 p.m.
to 2 a.m. the following day; etc.
