Allegany County - Property Tax Credit - Memorial Hilltop Centre

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Allegany County or of a municipal corporation in Allegany County to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county and municipal corporation property tax imposed on specified property located in a specified area; providing for a specified limitation on the credit; authorizing the governing body of Allegany County or of a municipal corporation in Allegany County to provide, by law, for provisions necessary to carry out the credit; and applying the Act to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2010.
