Entitled:
Identity Fraud Crimes - Restitution - Time Lost by Victim

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order restitution to an identity fraud victim for an amount equal to the time reasonably spent by the victim to clear a credit history or rating or in connection with a civil or administrative proceeding to satisfy a debt, lien, judgment, or other obligation that arose due to the identity fraud violation; etc.
