Identity Fraud - Uniform Reporting Form
Requiring the Police Training Commission, in cooperation with the
Office of the Attorney General, the Governor's Office of Crime Control
and Prevention, and the Federal Trade Commission, to develop a uniform
reporting form for identity fraud that makes transmitted data
available for use by State and local law enforcement agencies by a
specified date and that may authorize that identity fraud data be
transmitted to a specified program in the Federal Trade Commission;
etc.
