Education - Children and Youth - Implementation of Programs and Reporting of Information Concerning Student Health, Well-Being, and Growth

Synopsis:

Requiring each county superintendent of schools to report specified information concerning specified matters relating to student growth, health, and well-being to the State Superintendent of Schools on or before December 1 of each year; requiring the State Department of Education to report specified information relating to the implementation of programs and the reporting of information relating to children and youth in educational programs and schools to the Governor and General Assembly on specified dates; etc.
