Synopsis:

Providing that a register of wills is not required to record specified documents or make copies of specified documents unless the applicable charge is paid; increasing specified fees charged for the administration of an estate in probate and for guardianship proceedings; repealing specified administrative fees; adding specified administrative fees; increasing specified fees charged for the administration of a small estate; and adding categories and fees related to the value of a small estate.
