Requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to invest over a 5-year period $50,000,000 of the assets of the several systems in venture capital funds focused on qualified information technology, green technology, medical device technology, or bioscience businesses; requiring venture capital funds focused on qualified information technology, green technology, medical device technology, or bioscience businesses to invest a specified amount of the assets of the several systems in State-based businesses; etc.
