Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to adopt in the public schools a specified program on dating violence on or before a specified date; altering the definition of "victim of domestic violence"; requiring the Governor to proclaim the first week in February each year "Tween/Teen Dating Violence Education and Awareness Week"; etc.
