State Retirement and Pension System - Retiree Organization - Direct Mailings
Providing that a specified retiree organization may make only one
request in April and one in October of each year to the Board of
Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System for retiree
information that is necessary for direct mailings by the retiree
organization; prohibiting a retiree organization from including
specified political information in specified direct mailings;
requiring the Board of Trustees to provide mail processing centers
with retiree data subject to secure data share agreements; etc.
