Vehicle Laws - Commercial Vehicles - Handheld Telephones Utilizing Push-to-Talk Technology

Synopsis:

Creating an exception to the use of a handheld telephone utilizing push-to-talk technology by an individual operating a commercial vehicle to specified prohibitions against using a handheld telephone while driving a motor vehicle; making the Act contingent on the taking effect of a specified Act of the General Assembly of 2010; etc.
