Synopsis:

Authorizing a member of the General Assembly to use funds allocated to the member for the purpose of maintaining a district office to finance grant writers for nonprofit organizations if the nonprofit organizations and grant writers meet specified requirements; and allowing two or more members to combine funds to finance grant writers under specified circumstances.
