Tobacco-Related Products - Definitions and Distribution to Minors

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "cigarette" in connection with tobacco taxes, the regulation of cigarette business, the sale of cigarettes below cost, and specified fire safety standards to include specified tobacco products that are wrapped in specified substances and weigh less than a specified amount; prohibiting the distribution of tobacco- related products to minors; requiring specified persons to inspect a customer's driver's license before distributing specified tobacco- related products; etc.
