Entitled:
Gaming - Video Lottery Terminals - Player Cards

Synopsis:

Requiring that each video lottery terminal in a video lottery facility be operated only by the insertion of a video lottery player card; requiring an individual who seeks to obtain a video lottery player card to provide the video lottery operation licensee with specified proof of identification; requiring the licensee to use video lottery player cards to prohibit an individual from playing a video lottery terminal under specified conditions; and requiring the State Lottery Commission to adopt certain regulations.
